SERVICES

Overview

Wellnest is bringing leadership and innovation to behavioral health and housing services. Our array of programs are designed to empower the children and young adults of Los Angeles to get on track to success—to reach goals in school, build healthy relationships, and enjoy emotional well-being. A team of compassionate professionals offers behavioral counseling and support to over 4,200 individuals and families annually.

Services are provided at three community-based centers in Los Angeles, at 35 local schools, at a health center and a domestic violence shelter, in clients’ homes, and in other community settings. The highly trained staff offers clients access to a comprehensive array of services, including nationally recognized, trauma-informed evidence-based practices.

A Trauma Informed Organization

Wellnest has been designated a Trauma-Informed Organization through the National Council for Behavioral Health’s Adoption of Trauma-Informed Care Practices Learning Community process. As such, Wellnest works to implement, sustain, and spread trauma-informed care and support fundamental organizational change in the culture of behavioral healthcare.
