Damon McCauley
Maintenance Supervisor
I started working at Wellnest as a contracted security officer in 2003. In 2005, I applied to work directly for Wellnest as a Lead Custodian and was later promoted to a Maintenance Supervisor position. During my 18 years with this agency, I have enjoyed being a part of the growth and development of both the programs and sites. There were three sites in 2005 and now there are six. I enjoy providing support to the team members that provide quality mental health services to the community and the clients in the communities we serve.

Ruth Gramajo Molina
Administrative Assistant I
I started at Wellnest over 10 years in a temporary position as a receptionist. I had an instant connection with our clients and their parents. When a client arrived, I was the first person they would see before visiting with a therapist or doctor. Five years later, I became the Administrative Assistant for the Outpatient department at our Leimert Park Office. I have had the opportunity to grown over the last five years and build an understanding, empathy, and knowledge from other staff & from our community.

Yesenia Felipa Hernandez, BA
Home Visitor
During my time at Wellnest I have been able to grow and develop my skills through guidance and support from my supervisors, assistance director and director. The support I have received throughout the years has allowed me to obtain my bachelor’s degree and my Master’s degree. I have a passion for working with the community by providing direct services, resources, and tools to lead them to a healthy and happy life. The impact that we leave on these families transcends from the parents down to the children and community.

Daisy Ruiz
Clinical Therapist 1

I returned to Wellnest because this agency holds a high standard of care for the communities it serves. I thank Wellnest for allowing me to continue growing and refining my skills and experiences as a clinician.
