She is a trusted advisor to executive leadership, known for aligning people strategies with organizational mission, culture, risk management, and long-term sustainability. Throughout her career, she has successfully led organizations through significant change, major workforce expansions and restructurings, and complex employment matters. She is recognized for building high-performing workplace cultures, strengthening employee engagement, and advancing strategies that support both organizational goals and employee well-being. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of California, San Diego, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego Extension.
