Trinity Bailey is an artist manager and co-founder of the Music Is Unity Foundation, a nonprofit organization she launched alongside her father, Philip Bailey of Earth, Wind & Fire, in 2007. The foundation is dedicated to supporting youth transitioning out of the foster care system by providing grants and resources to community-based organizations serving vulnerable young adults.
Passionate about advocacy and mentorship, Trinity plays a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and community impact. Through initiatives such as the Backstage Soundcheck program, she helps connect foster youth with mentorship opportunities and exposure to careers within the music industry. Her work focuses on empowering underserved youth with the tools, guidance, and support needed to successfully transition into adulthood and build brighter futures.
Brianna Betts is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, and co-founder of the 50/50 Foundation, a nonprofit organization she launched alongside her husband, Major League Baseball player Markus Lynn “Mookie” Betts, in 2021. Together, they created the foundation to empower underserved youth by providing resources and opportunities that support success both on and off the field, with a focus on mental health, physical activity, nutrition, and financial literacy.
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Brianna has remained a steady and influential presence throughout Mookie’s rise to MLB stardom while building her own path in philanthropy and wellness advocacy. In addition to her nonprofit work, she founded Honee, a wellness and lifestyle brand centered on clean nutrition and healthy living.
A devoted wife and mother of two, Brianna balances family life between California and Tennessee while continuing to champion initiatives through the 50/50 Foundation that uplift children and families through health, wellness, and community support.
